Jerry Mulligan 


Jerry Mulligan was born and raised in Miami and moved to Colorado. He has maintained an energetic and dynamic approach that has consistently contributed to his success as a lawyer.

While attending college and law school in Michigan, he maintained high standards of academic excellence and was very active in sports. Jerry graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Michigan and was the president of Phi Delta Phi at the University of Michigan Law School.

Jerry began his career in law in 1987 when he joined the Morgan & Morgan; he stayed there through 1988. He shifted his focus toward defense of the indigent in 1988 and joined the Office of the Public Defender in Jacksonville, FL. He opened his own private practice in 1994 as a criminal defense lawyer.

Jerry believes in providing aggressive but compassionate representation to those accused of criminal offenses. He has been qualified as an expert witness in many different jurisdictions throughout the state of Colorado. Jerry has been hired by attorneys as an expert in criminal law both to assist in pending criminal litigation and in matters of attorney discipline. Throughout his life, Mr. Mulligan has remained a competitive running athlete, successful in basketball.  He is happily married with two kids.
